Enjoyed a lovely breakfast out on the deck 🌞. the spot was perfect, right by a peaceful marina and overlooking the waterfront in the harbor. Plus, the Deck Café & Restaurant was just a stone's throw away for easy dining options.

The staff was helpful, the breakfast was gorgeous, and everything was fantastic. The rooms were spotless, and the location was exceptionally nice. There were plenty of restaurants and pubs to choose from. We didn't want to say goodbye and would stay here again. We really appreciated the hotel.

We had a perfect 10/10 2 nights stay. Every employee we encountered was friendly and approachable. The double room was fully-equipped and the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient, just off The Deck Café and the creek, and right on the waterfront in the harbour.

I had a fantastic time staying at the Sea Breeze Ark 900 Boat in Emsworth. The pod was well-equipped with everything I needed, from dressing gowns to champagne flutes. The wet room shower was excellent, and the breakfast hamper and stocked fridge provided plenty of delicious food and drink for breakfast on the deck. The location was perfect, with beautiful walks and a charming town nearby. The hosts had thought of everything and added luxurious touches, making it a truly enjoyable and relaxing getaway.
